Production

1st shift, Full-time general laborer and filling line

The specific duties of this job may change from day to day depending on current production items and filling line needs.? Job duties may include:

      • General cleaning including painting
      • Labeling
      • Assembly line tasks (filling, putting lids on, labeling, stacking)
      • Moving materials from one area to another
      • Maintaining a clean workstation

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and maintain a stationary position.? Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and follow company safety procedures.

2nd shift, Full-time general laborer and filling line

The specific duties of this job may change from day to day depending on current production items and filling line needs.? Job duties may include:

      • General cleaning including painting
      • Labeling
      • Assembly line tasks (filling, putting lids on, labeling, stacking)
      • Moving materials from one area to another
      • Maintaining a clean workstation

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.? The employee must regularly and frequently push, pull and/or move up to 100 pounds.? The employee may be required to remain in a stationary position for 90% of the time.? Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and follow company safety procedures.

Shipping and Receiving

2nd shift warehouse worker

This position performs various warehouse duties including

    • Reading pick tickets
    • Packaging
    • Loading and unloading of trucks
    • Moving inventory within warehouse
    • Maintaining a clean workstation

Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent.? Tow motor experience required.? Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and maintain a stationary position.? Must be able to follow written and verbal directions and follow company safety procedures.


Our Hiring Process

Our typical hiring process includes a phone interview with a member of HR and an in-person interview with one or more members of our team.

Direct-hire employees complete a background check, drug and alcohol test, and a pre-employment physical.? We also work with area staffing agencies to fill our temp-to-hire positions.? Temp-to-hire positions also require a background check and drug test.
